Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products

  • Opened hygiene or consumable items (e.g., cosmetics, food)

3. How to Return an Item

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Send your item back within 14 days of receiving return approval.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

  • We reserve the right to offer partial refunds for items that are damaged, used, or missing parts.
